WOW!! Even the other villa owners say this about our home, If you are looking for the best go no further. This is strictly for you sun-seekers, as apart from visiting the Mouse; the sun after all is another great reason to visit Florida. This home has a elegantly shaped 36' x 20' heated "Hollywood" Style designer-pool,with its on fibre optic light show, changing the colour of the water every 30 seconds on a huge 60'x 54' south-facing deck, so you can soak up the sun all day, or relax in our enormous 10-person hot-tub, with your friends and family, while watching the magnificent sunset over Star Lake, cool drink in hand, after your gruelling day at Disney.If the heat gets you, relax in the air-conditioned splendour of the villa, and the family room with its gigantic, ceiling hung SmartT.V. screen with the Home Theatre surround sound, better than a cinema, whilst chilling-out under our unique amazing fans. If you have the energy how about a game of Air Hockey, Pool, or darts, or the PS-2 games console in the Bada Bing games room, and if the kids are beating you, send them upstairs, while you open up your Laptop, in our WI-FI enabled home, or you can feign an injury and get yourself a Rolling-Ball Back-rub on one of our two Robotic Massage Chairs, or why not try your luck, Fishing in our Lake with our Fishing Rods.When it's time for bed the cosseting continues, with our sumptuous King pillow-top mattresses in the three masters and the Queen, believe me you just won't want to get out of these things, and why should you, especially with TV/DVD/VCR 27"/LCD 37" combos in the masters, and 20" TV/DVD combos in all other bedrooms, with over 200 hundred satellite channels, including Fox Sports and the Golf Channel and HBO, we even have a Huge sound system to pipe music to every room on the ground floor including the lanai and pool deck, part of villa living is the absence of people knocking on your door hassling you to make up the room, so you can stay there as long as you like, after all this is your home for now. If you don't know, Formosa Gardens is renowned throughout the world as the premier gated-community with its close proximity to Disney and shops. This house has been designed in an stunning Oriental theme, and no expense has been spared on this seven-bedroom six-bathroom home..............I have Upgraded upstairs, so that we now have two Double Bunk Beds in two of the Rooms, Four in Total, Each Bed Sleeps Three (Double on the Bottom, One on the Top) so we can now Sleep Six in each of the Bedrooms, the Seventh Bedroom is Two Single Twins. We can now Sleep 22 in the Whole Villa.

Close to all the attractions yet private enough to give you relaxation!!! Can't wait to book here again!! The owners were very easy to work with and very patient with us!!! Thanks again for renting to us!!!

“Spacious home with lots of fun amenities”

13 family members, 6 adults & 7 kids, rented this home over new years to see our college team play in the Citrus bowl. It exceeded all of our needs and expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone. The game room in the Garage was great for the kids, ages were 6-18. The pool and hot tub saw plenty of use from everyone as well and was set up nicely. Outlet malls were very close for shopping. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Disney or the greater Orlando area. Especially if you have a large group or family.

We were a party of 13 including 5 children of various ages and we all enjoyed staying here. The children had plenty of room outside and in the games room. The adults enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in the comfortable lounge and bedrooms. There was always something to watch around the lake and the boys enjoyed fishing with the provide rods. We were only 10 mins from Disney and with plenty of local shops open early and closing late, everything is on your doorstep, including plenty of good restaurants. You can't help but have a good time here!

we are a large family group of 16 people comprising of a toddler, children, teenages and adults. when we first saw the villa we all thought WOW and the impression carried on right through the villa. it was spotless, spacious and decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard the view from the poolside was fantastic, it overlooked a beautiful lake with grass and trees all round the edges. it was peaceful and very scenic we have been to florida on several occasions and this is the best villa weve had by a very long way. we were all very sad to leave if we come back to Florida we would certainly try to stay here again, no other villa would do

“Brilliant, just brilliant!!!!”

From start to finish, dealing with Alan was an absolute joy. After initial email communication, Alan was very quick to pick up the phone and call me to discuss any questions I had regarding the booking process. Alan spoke very highly of his Florida home and when we arrived we weren't disappointed. The villa is simply stunning and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Upon arrival we discovered the BBQ wasn't working so we called the management company. Within 30 minutes a very pleasant man called Pete arrived, checked the BBQ and told us he'd replace it that day. An hour later Pete returned with a brand-new BBQ which was fantastic. Our entire 2 week stay was faultless - I really can't enthuse enough about the villa. There were 11 of us (9 adults and 2 children) but the villa is so large that we really felt at home - never cramped or getting under each other's feet. The location of the villa is also ideal. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and of course, all of the parks are very close and so easy to get to. We hope to return to Orlando within the next few years and when we do I'll definitely be in contact with Alan straight away! This villa made our stay the holiday of a lifetime!!!! Thanks Alan!

We've just returned from this wonderful villa holiday. Absolutely fabulous place and so close to Disney. Everyone was bowled over from the moment we walked through the door - luxurious without being too starchy and off putting. Child friendly and the owners could not not have been more accommodating. Looking forward to going again and next time spending more time at the villa!

The home is everything you would want or need in a vacation rental or a home would like to have as you own. Nice size kitchen for the entire family to help with cooking, large pool & hot tub, has a game room, a beautiful pond for fishing , 7 bdrom, 6 bathros., Large family area with large TV where all 16 of us were able to watch Macy's parade on thurs. & LSU on Fri . The other days we were at all the parks or dining out. IT was a great vacation & a beautiful house to stay in. As for as the Godfreys, from the first email I sent he made it easy to complete the rental agreem. & we thanked them so much for renting there home to us to have such a rememberable vacation with my entire family. I hope to be able to do this again soon.
