My Disney Villa is a spacious villa within the exclusive Calabria community. The 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms have been finished to a very high standard and the villa offers all the amenities for your perfect holiday. The house overlooks conservation land, an enviable location that is both beautiful and tranquil.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a full size fridge/freezer with icemaker, a range, microwave oven, dishwasher and a waste disposal. Small electrical appliances include a toaster, a blender & a coffee maker. Plus ample crockery, glassware, and cutlery including plastic ware for the poolside.

Our upstairs theatre room offers the utmost in comfort with reclining sofas and an 80" LED TV with Sony Blu-Ray Home Theatre and NetFlix. (discs not supplied)

The downstairs leisure room has a 50" LED TV with NetFlix, cable and a Blu-Ray player. (discs not supplied)

The gameroom has a full size pool table, foosball table, air hockey table and TV.

Laundry area, with full size washing machine and separate tumble drier.

The first master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king-size four poster bed, and TV with DVD. The en-suite has a bath with shower, basin and a separate toilet with a second basin. There is access to the pool area from this bathroom. Ideal for early morning swims.

The second master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-size bed and TV with DVD. The en-suite has a bath, a separate shower, his and her basins and a toilet.

Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed and TV with DVD. The 3rd bathroom is conveniently positioned right next to this bedroom.

Bedrooms 4 & 5 contain 2 twin beds each and share an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have a TV.

We're actually licensed for 12 people, but only have beds for 10. The additional capacity is to take account of infants.

The house is fully air-conditioned (it can be switched to heating if the nights get too cool). Wireless Internet is available throughout. The internet is the FASTEST available for the area (currently 15M).

We hope you will enjoy our wonderful screened pool and spa area. There are lush padded sun loungers for relaxing and an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco meals. (Additional charge to have pool heated - see prices)

To comply with our Florida State Licence and our guests peace of mind the villa has the following safety features including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting and safety alarms on all doors and windows leading to the pool & spa.

Additionally, for added peace of mind, we have cameras covering the front and sides of the villa. These are not routinely monitored but, in the unlikely event of any suspicious behaviour, video files can be retrieved and examined. We respect our guests' privacy, so there are no cameras inside the villa or around the pool area.

There is a safe available for guests to use at no additional cost.

Two portable 'pak n play'/travel cots (linens are not provided) and two highchairs are available in the home.

Getting around

Unfortunately a car is a must. There is a bus service, Lynx busses, but they're not really practical for visiting the sights.

“Couldn't of been any better”

It was an absolute pleasure getting to stay in Rays villa, pictures don't do it justice! Having been to Orlando before and staying in a villa, this by far has been the best! Ray was accommodating throughout, answering any questions we had prior to our stay and everything went smoothly upon arrival. There was myself, boyfriend and 2 other families including 2 children and it never felt crowded, the villa has a lot of space for both the kids and adults to do their own thing. The pool and jacuzzi was heaven when coming back from the long park days! It was in a really good location, 15/20 minutes from Disney and 30 mins from universal! There was some good restaurants about 5 minutes away on the 192, bahama breeze and longhorn were our favourites! Thanks for a great stay Ray! Be sure to come back when we next visit Orlando!

How do damage deposits work?
