“Well equipped quiet relaxing break”

Reviewed 14 Nov 2016

The cottage is very well equipped. The furniture is well chosen and with beautiful linen creates a relaxing space. The rolling hills are beautiful, even when grey and overcast. Really enjoyed the hot tub even when raining and dark. I feel fully refreshed and would highly recommend the cottage.

Owner's reply: Thank you for such a positive review. I'm so glad you enjoyed your break and that you now feel fully refreshed. K x

“A home away from home”

Reviewed 14 Oct 2016

My wife and myself were lucky enough to get a few nights away without our three kids and this was the perfect getaway. The cottage is spacious and very well presented and the hot tub is the perfect way to end your day. We only needed assistance once from Katrina and when we called she was straight up to help and was a very pleasant host. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway which in my opinion is also very competitively priced this is a great option. We wouldn't hesitate in returning in future.

Owner's reply: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It was my pleasure to host you both and hope you can return soon. K x

“Relaxing week away!”

Reviewed 30 Aug 2016

We are a family of two adults and two boys 10 and 8. If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable break with lovely views then this is it. The cottage is very well decoratated, fairly big and extremely comfortable, like home away from home. The hot tub was great we all loved it. There are things to do if you want to drive about 45 mins. Ayr is worth a visit with a beach if the weather is nice and we also drove into Glasgow which is just over an hour then back to the peace and quite if the cottage. Plenty of walks and cycling which we also did. Would definitely stay again!!

Owner's reply: Thankyou for taking the trouble to write a review and I really appreciate your kind comments. It was my pleasure to host you and your family and I hope you do visit again soon. Thankyou once again Katrina x
