“Beautiful accommodation in a wonderful and peaceful setting.”

Reviewed 4 Nov 2016

We had a fantastic short break in the gorgeous lodges at Corsewall Castle Farm. We were welcomed (despite our late arrival) by Marie who was a great host throughout our stay. She communicated very well prior to our break and the directions to the rural location made it easy to find despite arriving in the dark. The welcome pack including homemade rocky road and wheaten bread, both were delicious. The lodge we stayed in was first class. It's large, spacious, extremely well equipped and child friendly too. All areas are decorated really beautifully, I was a bit concerned about taking children, but the accommodation is perfect for families or large groups of friends. Beds are large and comfy and the property as a whole has such a luxurious feel about it. The views from all aspects are just lovely. The lighthouse is just a short walk, we also took the kids on bikes to the Castle ruin, quarry and war shelter, all of which are close by. I will definitely be back, such a great location and the perfect open space for kids to run around and adults to relax.

Owner's reply: So pleased you enjoyed your stay. Look forward to welcoming you and your family back again in the near future. Marie.
