From the owner

This delightful holiday home with private pool is located in the quiet village of Kiotari in Rhodes. The beach is 800m away, within a walking distance. The house is ideal for couples,families and elderly who prefer peace and quiet. This single storey, 80 square meter house sleeps four people. In all rooms there is a reversible air conditioning (hot / cold). The cottage has a brand new bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with one double bed (160 cm wide) and two single beds (90 cm wide). The high living room with wood ceiling and a sitting area on the right side. There, in front of the fireplace, which can be used in winter both for heating and for grilling, are a two and a three seated sofa. Adjacent is the dining area for six people. Table and chairs made of wood are handmade. We have satellite TV, CD and DVD/BluRay player. The router for the Internet is under the TV. The kitchen, which is separated from the dining area by a wooden bar is complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave coffee maker, toaster, kettle and espresso / cappuccino machine equipped. The house is surrounded by acres of land with fruit trees. Is limited to the land on which there is also a car park, a white stone wall. There is a 24 m² swimming pool with sunbathing area. There are two chairs, a sun umbrella and two small tables for relaxing. On the terrace, which is equipped with table and four chairs, you can make yourself comfortable for breakfast or a BBQ. Here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains and the sea. The house is suitable for a winter stay since this summer house includes a fireplace which provides warmth but also A/C. For those who wish not to rent a car, public transport bus service operates on regular basis. The nearest beach with its crystal clear waters is only 800 meters. A supermarket and a butcher is 700 meters away. In half a mile away in the village Gennadi there is an ATM. Despite its quiet location, it is possible to wind or kite surfing in the vicinity of the house. Taverns offer traditional fish dishes. Historically interested guests should visit the village of Lindos (18 km). Rhodes Old Town, which in 1988 was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, City Center of Rhodes is 62km away. The beach of Prassonissi in the south of the island (28 km) is suitable for surfers of interest as well as for bathing.

A free of charge welcome pack full of great treats and fresh eggs, olives and honey from our family farm is waiting our tenants as soon as they arrive to the property.

We pick our tenants up from the airport and drive them to the property. This is also free of charge.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Symeon (the owner) a message.

If Symeon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
