“Excellent holiday rental for families, good location, close to all ameneties”

Reviewed 3 Aug 2013

Stayed at Clydebank villa in july 2013. The house is very well presented,.Everything we needed for our stay was at hand. They have a wonderful pool although it was too cold for us to use its part of a large outdoor area which in summer would be wonderful. Amanda the property owner was at hand if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome.. The property is a short walk to kinross central shopping mall where you'll find a supermarket, hairdresser, bottleshop ,bakers and some fast food outlets. Would certainly rent Clydebank villa again.

Thanks so much for your review guys, feel free to contact us if we can help you in any way once you return

“Superb Accomodation”

Reviewed 8 May 2013

We stayed at Clydebank Villa in February 2013 with our 2 young children, 6 and 4 years of age and in laws. The property is very spacious and well equipped and was an ideal base for our 3 week Holiday. Would definitely recommend to book, and have looked to book it again ourselves as we are now moving to Perth but unfortunately it is booked during the period we required. Lucky them ;). Amanda was very helpful and friendly and even gave our daughter a Birthday present which was a lovely touch. One thing that would improve the experience further would be internet connection. Thanks for a lovely home to stay in.

Thank you for you kind review

“not good”

Reviewed 19 Jan 2013

If you like a dark, dismal house then this place is for you! The outside space needs completely refurbishing. The dirty fake flowers need throwing! I mean seriously.. Dangerous around pool as paving slabs not level. Lights not working in pool or around pool so dangerous for anyone wanting to swim at night. Not enough towels and no spare bed linen and all rather tatty at that. A car is needed as the local shops arent close as stated in description. Although Perth is lovely and the beaches stunning it was all rather disappointing having to go back to clydebank at the end of the day.

Sorry to hear that artifical plants were a big part of your holiday! Unfortunate you didnt bring any of your concerns to my attention whilst on holiday here in Perth. I am always available to assist, just a phone call away (if you have international roaming switched on!) Having had this home for 6 years, and alot of repeat business, you are the first unhappy clients! Shame!

“Good times.”

We had a brilliant time at Clydebank villa lots of things to do in the house and felt like home from home. Shopping centre close by so this is a bonus with small children and even if you are stuck without a car for a couple of day's (which is a must in WA). Pool was brilliant and very child friendly. Great house for a BBQ and relaxation.

Thank you for your review guys, glad you enjoyed Perth.

“Fantastic Holiday House - clean, spacious and fully equipt with home comforts.”

Reviewed 28 Nov 2012

We stayed here for 2 weeks, after emmigrating and needing somewhere to stay until we found our first home. It is a really big spacious house that is very clean and well presented. It is tastefully decorated and very well stocked with all you may need and more. It is above the usual rental house standard and has a great pool and outside area. There is a games console, games and books for the children and a ping pong table. The kitchen is spotlessly clean with all that you need. A great kid friendly house in a good location for everything north of the river.

Thank you so much for your review. I hope you have settled well in Perth and are enjoying the sunshine.

“Really comfortable spacious house with lovely outside area in friendly, convenient suburb.”

Reviewed 13 Sep 2011

The owners were very welcoming and were very helpful with general advice about the area. The house was very comfortable, with plenty of space and storage for luggage and possessions. All appliances were new or in very good condition making it easy to wash and dry at your leisure. Lovely undercover area with table, chairs and loungers and the pool was very clean and the area sunny most of the day. The small shopping centre at Kinross is a short walk and has a great bakers,a well stocked supermarket and very helpful newsagents to name a few. We found it a friendly convenient suburb, with easy access to the city via one of the local stations,

Many thanks for your review.
