From the owner

Our character dormer bungalow is available for Saturday - Saturday only bookings throughout the year and has both ground floor and first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. It is situated between the seaside town of Rhyl with all of it's attractions and the caravan sites in Towyn, The well equipped kitchen and separate dining room lends the property to being the 'true self-catering family holiday'. Kinmel Bay is ideal for those that want to get out and explore everything North Wales has to offer and then 'relax' after a day of 'doing it all'. The rear well stocked garden is south facing and enclosed, or, we are a few minutes walk to the conservation area/dune backed beach, local shopping and family pubs ( 2 of which serve food).

The property has a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom lending itself to either 3 generation family holidays ie grandparents downstairs, parents and 2 children upstairs in the remaining double and twin rooms and family bathroom. Or for 'holiday sharing' with friends.

Most rooms have large double aspect windows and neutral decoration making the property light and airy.

A travel cot is available, but we DO NOT provide cot bedding.

Wi Fi hot-spots close by but no internet at the property.

The property is only available Sat-Sat all season unless stated otherwise

Off-road parking is available for small family vehicles and the enclosed well stocked, mature rear garden is south facing.

A number of seating areas are available to relax in along with a smoking area next to the back door.

Out-side C.C.T.V covers the front and rear doors, parking area and yard.

Please note; There are steps to both the front and rear of the property so it is not wheelchair accessible.

About a week before the due holiday you will be given the codes to access the property. During your stay I will usually send a text or phone you to check everything was satisfactory on your arrival at 'Peacehaven' I can recommend things to do in the area if you let me know what kind of things you would like to do and also suggest things probably a bit further afield. I am always at the end of the phone if you need any advice or should a problem arise during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
