This welcoming cottage converted from a barn is situated in countryside a mile from the South Devon town of Kingsbridge and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Fixit Cottage is a welcoming, cheerful cottage converted from a barn in countryside a mile from the South Devon town of Kingsbridge. The cottage sleeps four people in two en suite bedrooms on the ground and first floor, which can be either double or twin. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and on the first floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and French windows to a balustrade. Outside is an enclosed garden, a shared indoor swimming pool and games room and use of three fishing lakes and a health and beauty centre at reduced rates. With all these facilities on the doorstep, Fixit Cottage is an excellent base for a relaxing break in Devon.

Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Payphone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Enclosed terrace garden with barbecue, indoor pool. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: The swimming pool is open from 7am to 8pm. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: This is a working farm. Note: Pets are not allowed.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
