This spacious and comfortable family house nestles in a valley that leads down to Bowcombe creek, a pretty stretch of tree lined water that runs into the beautiful Kingsbridge/Salcombe estuary. With a tidal mooring suitable for boats up to 4 metres, guests can bring their own boats or kayaks and drift down to Salcombe with its golden beaches, or motor a short way to the quayside at Kingsbridge and tie up alongside the Crabshell Inn. Bridge Park Cottage has a sheltered garden, plenty of parking and apart from the estuary and the beaches in this area, there are lovely coastal and country walks. A 3 minute drive brings you into Kingsbridge with all amenities, including a cinema and sports centre with swimming pool.
Accommodation: Ground floor large sitting room, open fireplace, TV, DVD. Kitchen/diner, Rayburn (not in summer), ceramic hob, eye level oven/grill, microwave, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher. Cloakroom, washing machine. First floor guest suite, Bedroom 2, double bed, en suite bathroom, shower over bath, door to terrace. Bedroom 1, king size bed, en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, twin single beds. Bedroom 4, twin bunk beds and twin single beds. Bathroom shower over bath.

Outside: Sheltered front lawn overlooking lane and surrounding countryside. Steps up through safety gate to higher lawn terrace (young children must be accompanied as there is a drop). Steps lead up around the back of the house to paved sun terrace equipped with garden table and chairs. Steps down to smaller gravelled terrace with coffee table and chairs.
Parking for up to three cars or two cars and a boat trailer. Additional on lane parking available a short distance from the house. Tidal mooring for boats up to 4 metres about half a mile from the cottage. (Contact Salcombe Harbour Office for harbour dues).
