Little Haven is a fantastically situated, late 18th century boat store that has just been renovated to a very high standard and has only recently been made available for let. It is in the prettiest part of the village of Kingsand and close to the Village Clock Tower.
Part of The Haven, our beautiful seaside home, this completely self-contained street level boutique style open plan apartment is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and the Rame Peninsula.
With stunning sea views from all the windows and Girt Beach being just 10 metres from the front door, the apartment, which is all on one level and sleeps two, is beautifully situated, furnished and equipped for all your holiday needs including access to super-fast broadband, ipod docking station, DAB radio and TV with full freeview and integral DVD/CD player.
The whole apartment benefits from under-floor heating and instant radiators in the lounge and bedroom areas, with the shower room also having a heated towel rail for those cooler months.
Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring beach towels.
Restaurants, shops and inns are all within a short walk and there are beautiful walks to Mount Edgecombe Park, Penlee Point and Whitsand Bay. Passenger ferries from Cawsand will take you to Plymouth Barbican or from Cremyll to the Royal William Yard.

“Great place to stay, great location and great holiday.”
A little gem of a place with everything you wished for and so much more. So welcoming, clean,tidy and so cosy. Everything is of high quality with a few hidden surprises in which we really appreciated. Being so close to the sea is an extra bonus.
Brilliant location in the centre of Kingsand, perfect little pad for 2, it has everything you need. Lovely extra touches to welcome us. Fantastic owners. A hop, skip and a jump from pubs. Really enjoyed our stay for my best friends wedding at Polhawn Fort, which is a 5 minute drive away. Would definitely return.

“Excellent small holiday rental”
Little Haven is a lovely 2 person holiday home. Well equipped and a lovely little welcome surprise. Well appointed for weddings at the local Polhawn Fort. Would recommend it and would love to revisit the area.
“Cosy with all mod cons”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lovely Little Haven, we really enjoyed the location and the amenities it had to offer. Beautifully decorated and fitted out with all the items that you’ve likely overlooked - hairdryer, iron, ironing board, full complement of cooking utensils, the list goes on. Under floor heating kept us snug through the night, not that it was cold or draughty, just kept the overnight chills at bay. So well positioned across the road from the sea wall, was a pure delight falling asleep and waking up listening to the sea breaking on the shore. Lovely little village, with nice selection of pubs and inns that served lovely food. Even a visiting fish and chip van was not far up the main road 1 or 2 nights during the week. Managed to get my doctor to fax an emergency prescription to the local pharmacy a couple of miles up the road in Milbrook 5 mins drive up the road. Everybody in the area was so pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Should we find ourselves down in Cornwall in the future, we’ll certainly look up Little Haven for availability again.

“Little bit of heaven in Kingsand”
We love Kingsand, but have not had the pleasure of staying in little haven before. It was perfect! Owner provides a warm, comfortable, tasteful, well equipped, haven, in the most gorgeous spot, probably the best in Kingsand. Amazing linens, bouncy towels, very nice crocks and pots. There was nothing we could have asked for that wasn't provided. It was spotless, and we were just sorry to leave.

“Perfect relaxing getaway.”
This is a great little apartment in a picturesque Cornish Smugglers cove. It is a couple of steps from the crystal clear sea and a short walk from the local pubs and coffee shop. The apartment is finished with high standards and is perfect for a couple to relax in or use as a base to explore the local area.

“Superb apartment in a wonderful location”
This beautiful apartment had everything that you could possibly need! Beautifully furnished and metres from the sea, so relaxing after a days walking the South West Coastal Path. Kingsand and Cawsand are lovely and had a good selection of restaurants/pubs for evening meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Haven and hope to return again one day! Thank you Sue!
“outstanding in every respect”
A review without reservation is well deserved of this well -presented and well -thoughtout cosy converted boat shed. The original arch on the outside is all that remains of its history. From the outset all potential concerns are covered.Easy to book. A reasonable returnable deposit, clear instructions for locating it. Easy to use keyless entry. The moment of entry gives vent to small sigh of 'this looks fantastic'. It is warm because the underfloor heating, which is zoned for sleeping and sitting area, has been left on. Checking the fridge reveals a little 'welcoming something ' being cooled together with a couple of other little thoughtful welcome gifts. Lighting dimmable, tv and excellent wifi , so vital in our busy lives (!). Modern clean comfortable bed and furniture. A cleverly designed partition that makes the bedroom feel like another room. The kitchen yields clean modem cutlery. A smart box holds all the instruction manuals for the equipment avoiding the inevitable ' how does this work ?' So unnecessary at the start of a break. There is nothing that has been overlooked or ignored.Little things that have shown the concern and care that is characteristic throughout this property. Did we like it ?-yes Would we come here again ? At the drop of a hat This is a property that is owned by people who care, have standards and stick with them. In short , try it , you will not be disappointed! And to make it all even better , a local tavern or two. Staffed bŷ people who have a ready genuine smile. People who are prepared to go that extra mile or kilometre to be accommodating . Surely there can be no better way of having a break for a week or longer ! We do highly recommend this area and this accommodation -without reserve. Chris and Sheena

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
