GENERAL

- Couple of minutes walk from the beach in Kingsand

- Former 19th century meeting hall

- Inverted accommodation

- Parking is in the village car park 250 yards away

GROUND FLOOR

- Cloakroom W.C. with hand basin

- Separate shower room

- Three bedrooms with vanity basins in each

- Master bedroom with a double bed

- Second smaller double bedroom

- Third room has two sets of 3ft metal framed bunk beds

UPSTAIRS

- Bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath

- Half a dozen stairs up to open-plan living room with oblique sea views

- Dining table with the original chapel chairs

- Comfortable settees arranged before a wood burning stove

- Full size harmonium is available for careful use

- Couple of steps lead down to a neatly fitted bespoke kitchen

- Half a dozen narrow stairs lead up to a mezzanine floor with casual seating
