Description

We warmly welcome you to Old Hall Country Breaks.

Old Hall, is a Thatched Grade II listed home dating back to the 16th Century.

The Old Hall is beautifully equipped throughout and is set back from a quiet country lane but is still within easy access of all routes west, east, north and south. The house provides comfortable and attractive accommodation set over three floors, with delightful garden views.

Front Entrance is either through the Jasmine hedge at the front of the house into the sitting/dining room or around the back of the house directly into the kitchen.

The Kitchen has both an Aga Oven and also a conventional induction hob and fan assisted oven. There is also a large convection microwave/oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a double Butler sink and large country table with 8 chairs. Pots and pans are all of good quality making it an ideal kitchen for lots of cooking or simply sitting at the large kitchen table with a delicious takeaway.

The Dining Room/Sitting Room is the perfect balance for group gatherings. It has a large table and 8 chairs that were build in the 1800s. There are 2 super comfy leather sofas for all to sit in and enjoy the open fire in the large Inglenook. In the day time it is a bright room with duel aspect windows and in the night time it transforms itself by closing all the wooden window blinds, lighting a fire and forgetting the outside world. The bedroom is simply charming! Amazingly comfortable King Size Bed! Great Views Too!

Guests have access to a delightful garden.
Towels & linen are supplied.
Iron and ironing board available on request. .

TILNEY ALL SAINTS: The pretty village of Tilney All Saints lies about 4 miles west of King's Lynn and is within easy driving distance of Hunstanton and the famous Norfolk coastal villages and beaches.

Nearby is a 9 hole, par 64 golf course and there are flood lit Astro Turf tennis courts located in the village. There is also a cosy village pub which serves real ale and offers an extensive food menu.

For the nature-lover, West Norfolk's coastal and countryside nature reserves and bird sanctuaries provide a haven for less common species and the RSPBs Snettisham reserve gets you close to the wild heart of The Wash - the UK's most important estuary for wildlife.
