Traditional detached cottage, quiet and secluded, at the end of the road, in elevated position and enjoying fine far reaching sea views. It is situated on Cruit Island which is linked to the mainland by a causeway (accessible by car) and is renowned for its exceptionally scenic 9-hole golf course and is between the fishing port of Burtonport with ferry trips to the surrounding islands and the village of Annagry (both 5 miles). 9 beaches on the island nearest about 10 minutes walk. The island is adjacent to the Wild Atlantic Way. Nearest shop, pub and restaurant about 2 miles at Kincasslagh. Intriguing jagged coastline, beautiful and varied with many islands and inlets, lakes and archaeological remains. Glenveagh National Park with castle and gardens. Boat trips to Owey Island (ancestral home of Daniel O'Donnell). 300 registered rock climbs on the island.
