A beautiful first floor 2 bedroom apartment, just steps from the beach offering sea views from its spacious, light living space. Two bedrooms sleeping 4 (1 double and 1 twin). Located right in the centre of beautiful Kilmore Quay, we've equipped the apartment with high quality furnishing and accessories to make sure you have everything you need. There's super comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, cosy blankets for evening snuggles in front of the contemporary wall-mounted fire and buckets & spades for long days on the beach - you won't want for anything.

“perfect base for a wonderful holiday”
I just spent ten days in the Marina View apartment in Kilmore Quay. It is a perfect place to wind down! Located diretly at the habour you can start the day with a cup of tea watching the boats or gazing out to the sea. A beach just across the street is perfect for a swim or you can take long beach walks starting right at the front door. A bakery, restaurants, pub and supermarket are all either right beside the apartment or within a only a few minutes walk. Sights of interest like Hook Lighthous, the "Norman Way", Johnstown Castle, the Irish National Heritage Museum etc. are reached easily by car. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean, nicely furnished so that even on a rainy day you can relax with a good book in front of the electric fire place. I very much enjoyed my stay!
“Perfect for us”
My father in law, partner and myself are just home from spending a few nights in Marina view. We absolutely loved the apartment! It was bright and airy with plenty of space, while also being warm and cosy, with extremely comfortable beds that was perfect for us after a days fishing. Fabulous view of the Marina and Skellig islands and loved that it was right beside the cafe, chip shop and ice cream shop. We will definitely be booking Marina view again.

“Fantastic apartment in the centre of Kilmore Quay.”
Marina View is the perfect base for a visit to Kilmore Quay. The apartment itself is right in the centre of the town and the two beaches are right on its door step, along with numerous places to eat and a well-stocked grocery shop. The apartment itself is great, extremely well equipped, comfortable, spacious and well furnished. We particularly enjoyed being able to watch the comings and goings in the harbour from the window. Aideen and Noeleen were extremely helpful in answering any queries that we had during our stay. We will certainly be back for a return visit !

Although, there is a building across the road, you absolutely do have uninterrupted views across the harbour from two of the three windows, as referenced by the quotes from other recent guests, below: “Marina View must be the best location in Kilmore Quay. It's got wonderful views over the Harbour out to sea with the Saltee Islands in the distance. - How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Aideen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
