“Wonderful retreat...”

Reviewed 4 Aug 2016

Me and my girlfriend checked in on the 1st of July after a horrible drive from Windsor. Upon arrival this was quickly forgotten... The Cranberries was beautiful, a mixture of original farm buildings blended with modern decor. The manager quickly showed us to our room (Tackroom) where we settled in. Highly recommend saying here, our room was fantastic. Everything you needed, nice clean bathroom and large kitchen with all the utensils. The owner also owns the pub a short walk down lane which obviously ventured too. Great food!! Shame we didnt stay for longer. Also, about 5 miles from Lyme Regis's Jurassic coast. We stayed because we were going to River Cottage, if you are, make sure you book taxis in advance, only a small number operate. Enjoy!!
