Elegant and cosy ground floor apartment situated in lovely quiet suburb of Kilmarnock. Although part of our private residence the apartment is accessed via its own separate entrance. All rooms are light and airy and the large lounge has an original polished maple floor. The apartment has gas central heating in all rooms and there is also an electric fire within fireplace in lounge. The fully fitted dining kitchen comes complete with all appliances. Breakfast is by way of self catering in the dining kitchen and for your convenience a breakfast pack will be left for you including milk, fruit juice, cereals, fruit, bread, butter, jams, tea and coffee. You are welcome to relax in our beautiful enclosed private garden which is well stocked with trees and shrubs. Country and woodland walks are close by and the centre of Kilmarnock and two supermarkets are just a ten minute walk away. The town boasts numerous excellent cafes with lovely independent boutiques and gift shops. There are also

There are also good restaurants within walking distance and a short walk will take you to the nearest bar and restaurant at The Park Hotel. A golfer? Whether you are looking for links, heathland, parkland or moorland, there are courses to suit every ability and budget, including hidden gems like the two Gailes courses, Glasgow and Western, the 27 hole Kilmarnock Barassie at Troon or Dundonald, as well as the Royal Troon course. Ayrshire is home to an array of magnificent castles from Dean in Kilmarnock; Dundonald and Portencross to Culzean. Dumfries House, near Cumnock (approx. 40 mins drive from Kilmarnock) is one of Britain's most beautiful stately homes and best kept heritage secret. Saved by the intervention of HRH the Prince of Wales in 2007, Dumfries House combines the architecture of Robert Adam with the furniture of Thomas Chippendale and leading 18th century Scottish cabinet makers.
