Perfect for trips with your family or close friends, this lovely property is bright and uncluttered, yet has an inviting warmth that gives you and your guests a homey setting for your time in Killington.

The bedroom is spacious but cozy, housing a new queen bed, a television, a window that looks out onto mountain and resort views, and woodsy décor. The updated bathroom makes even the most ordinary parts of your daily vacation routine feel like an extraordinary, pampering spa experience. For even more spa pampering, you and your guests can take advantage of the onsite spa that the resort has to offer. From heated pools both indoors and out, to an arcade and a full gym with weights and cardio equipment, you'll find no shortage of ways to indulge in vacation relaxation during your stay. Within this property, there is a full kitchen equipped with large countertops and a full array of new appliances, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher Cook up a feast for your guests, or reheat your savory leftovers from the community restaurant and bar. No matter what you choose to do, you can dine together at the dining table adjacent to the living room.

The open living room is adorned with a knotty pine accent wall. Spend your downtime cuddling up on the comfy chairs or new plush couch (which converts into a foldout sofa bed), enjoying the company of your guest while sharing conversations or watching the flat-screen television. The living room also features a wide window that overlooks the stunning landscape of Killington's mountain peaks and lush forests. The newly updated bedroom, with a new queen-size bed, lamps, comforter, and blankets. Another amenity that the resort offers on the premises is the Black Dog Ski Shop, which offers equipment rentals for winter sports. Throughout the rest of the year, these onsite amenities are closed. However, there are a variety of fun recreation and sightseeing spots you and your guests can enjoy, from snow tubing, skiing, and snowboarding at Snowshed Lodge to climbing, hiking, mountain biking, and more on trails and at Killington Adventure Center nearby.

Guests at Mountain Green can take advantage of various on-site amenities, including Health Club Fitness, Weight, Cardio, Massage Spa Treatment, an Indoor Pool, a Hot Tub, Two Infrared Saunas, a Steam Room, an Outdoor Pool, an On-site Restaurant, and one of Killington s premier Ski Board Shops, Black Dog Sports during the winter months. Please know that the spa/health club facilities, restaurant, and Black Dog Sports operate from Thanksgiving to Easter. The outdoor pool is accessible from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

It's important to note that GetAway Vacations has no influence or control over Mountain Green amenity's operating hours and procedures.

A shuttle bus to the lifts at Snowshed stops at the resort every 15 minutes during weekends and holidays and every 30 minutes during the midweek. The shuttle locations are just outside the building and are clearly marked.

As per Mountain Green's policy, pets are not allowed in this condo. Also, GetAway Vacations is not responsible for the opening and closing hours and the operation of the Mountain Green Resort amenities.

We are very sorry that this Guest did not enjoy his stay in one of the properties at Killington this past February. We are perplexed that the guest thought the suite was dated and disgusting as he personally selected the property from a wide selection of other condominiums and homes that we represent. We did not assign this suite to the guest, so if the guest was unhappy with his accommodation, it is his own fault as the Guest made his decision and chose this particular unit after viewing an extensive gallery of photos of every room, and reading through a very comprehensive description of all the amenities and furnishing in the suite. The accommodations the Guest selected, was a recently renovated one bedroom, one bath condominium at the Mountain Green Resort. The reservation was made for three nights and for two days the Guest enjoyed the unit and being in Killington, however, on the third day we received a call from the Guest suddenly complaining about just everything in the unit, and the resort, and advising us that they were departing early. This was the very first contact we had with the Guest regarding anything that was wrong with the suite, or his stay, and we were very surprised at the litany of the complaints as the Owner of this unit had just renovated the unit replacing all the furniture, appliances, lighting, and bedding in the unit. For two nights we received no calls, of any sort from the Guest, so apparently there were no issues with the property, but suddenly on the Guest’s third and final day everything seemed to be wrong. We offered to send a housekeeping team to the suite, but the Guest refused our offer to have our housekeeping and maintenance team respond to his complaints. We discovered that the Guest departed early and performed a normal post departure unit inspection and found nothing wrong with the unit, aside from the fact that it had been occupied, things had been used, furniture had been moved, and a kitchen light cover had come loose and was off. GetAway Vacations does not own this property, and all our properties are individually owned. We take great pains to provide as much information, and detail on each property, along with a gallery of pictures so Guests can choose the accommodations that best suit their vacation needs. We are happy the Guest enjoyed the first part of the stay, but it is important to note that on the the third and last day of the Guest’s stay the weather changed dramatically with temperatures plummeting sharply into the single numbers, winds gusting in excess of 30 mph, severe ice warnings, and it was snowing. It’s a shame that the Guest felt he had to manufacture non-existent issues with the unit, and the resort, to try and justify that they didn’t want to go skiing, and didn’t want to deal with the weather, and just wanted to leave a day early and receive a refund. We do not make adjustments, issue credits, or process refunds for early departures involving things over which we have no control. In closing the Guest selected his own accommodation, waited to complain and didn't notify us of an issue, and refused our offer to respond. This type of behavior borders on theft of services and future property renters need to be warned.
