Newly renovated 5 bedroom holiday home to let. Situated less than 2 kms from the historic town of Killala Co. Mayo and close to many beaches including Ross and Lacken. Ideally located along the 'Wild Atlantic Way', for taking day trips to Enniscrone, Westpport, Bellmullet, Sligo, Castlebar etc Only 10 miutes drive from the bustling town of Ballina, set on the river Moy which is famous for it's salmon fishing.There are many outdoor activities available locally; golf, fishing, surfing, swimming, horse riding,kayaking etc...

The house can accommodate 10 people comfortably and has all the home comforts one would expect including a flat screen tv and dvd player in the spacious sittingroom with a selection of dvds, books and board games to keep you entertained. The kitchen is equipped with all the usual mod cons including microwave, dishwasher, etc while the large laundry room accommodates a washing machine, ironingboard and iron.

There is a delightful dinningroom for those special meals for family/friends to enjoy together with steps leading up to the sunroom. From here, there are beautiful views of the surrounding rolling countryside and Palmerstown river.

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with luxurious bed linen and black out blinds on all windows. The large master bedroom with it's ensuite facilities, king size bed, hairdryer and flat screen tv offers a real touch of class.

Children are well catered for with their very own playroom which has a selection of toys, books, jigsaws etc.. A high chair, stair gate, bed guard, travel cot etc are available on request.. There is also a large enclosed garden and backyard where they can play safely.

Why can't I call Neil (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Neil (the owner) a message.

If Neil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
