The property is located in the village of Querrin, approximately 4.2 miles from Kilkee, Co Clare.

The apartment was built in 2012 to the highest of standard. It has recently been renovated in bright and neutral colours.

There are 2 bedrooms; one upstairs which has a king size bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside lockers and lamps. The downstairs bedroom also has a wardrobe, 2 bedside lockers with lamps and a double bed. Linen and towels are supplied. Both bedrooms are very comfortable rooms and sleep a maximum of 4 people. The adjoining ensuites have electric power showers.

The open plan Kitchen/Dining/lounge area has unrivalled views of the Shannon estuary and the Kerry peninsula.

Oil central heating is installed throughout the apartment.

The apartment has all the modern conveniences so that you can relax in the peaceful country side with only bellowing of cattle to be heard.

Sit back and admire the views with a glass of wine and unwind after a day on one of the local golf courses or sight seeing and enjoy the panoramic views of the Shannon Estuary as it sweeps into the Atlantic.

Due to the rural locality, Wi-Fi is not available at this property. However, most pubs and restaurants in nearby Kilkee offer free Wi-Fi for customers. There is also a business centre/internet cafe in Kilkee for those who need to catch up with emails etc.

Please note: As the apartment is on the same site as the main residence, boundaries are as follows;

Outside off road parking is just in front of the garage door. There is a small lawned area to the front of the garage and a small patio area to the rear of the apartment. (The rear garden is working progress! It is going to take a lot of money and time to landscape it)

The rest of the gardens and drive belong to the main residence. It is a shared drive. Please be mindful of our neighbours.

Other activities include: Dolphin Watching, Deep Sea Fishing, Scuba Diving, Horse Riding & Bird Watching to name a few!

Kilkee is 4.2 miles away and offers quite a few natural amenities around its horseshoe-shaped bay. The safe sheltered sandy beach is protected by Duggerna Reef, which is a natural wonder itself with some large and small rock pools full of marine life, Breathtaking cliff walks offer splendid scenery.
