Description

The sunny, in the year 2015 core renovated apartment is located in the District of Wik, in a quiet cul-de-sac location in the North of the State capital of Kiel.

Two apartments are next to the attic apartment (2nd floor), consisting of a bedroom, a small Hall, bathroom with full bath and a living room with an open kitchen, in the freestanding House dating back to 1934. At us you will find always a parking space directly in front of the door. For buses or RVs, it can be tight in the cul-de-sac. Here we can offer a parking area directly on the property by appointment.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are the Kiel Canal (7 min walk), with lock and pedestrian ferry in the Borough of Holtenau.

In only 5 minutes walking the animal enclosures Tannenberg. It is approximately 40 hectares in size and the specificity is in contrast to the other enclosures, that can be addressed to the free-range deer, Moufflon and deer.

The Kieler Innenförde can be reached in only 5 minutes on foot.

Start here at the berth of the sail second "Gorch Fock", to a leisurely stroll on the 4.5 km long lakeside promenade, the sea baths, to the Kiel city centre.

Should want to relax on the beach, find the sandy Falckensteiner Beach tourist tax free on the West side of the Kieler Außenförde. The beach is natural, there are wild herb meadows and dune grass fields, so also nature lovers inside and nature lovers as well as Spaziergängerinnen and walkers at their expense. By the fact that the water is flat, there are no moles, and also no tax, the beach is a popular tourist destination. This beach is only 10 minutes to reach the bus.

The city centre is to reach within a few minutes by bus or bicycle. Bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A large, modern shopping centre for your daily needs, as well as restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

You want to keel with the explore bike, you can like home let your wheels. We ask you to 2 new trekking bikes. A voluntary donation in the collection plate of our little daughter we would be happy.
