Description

Welcome to Kiel-Schilksee in the Olympic Center! The modern furnished apartment "Fördeblick" with direct sea view for 2-4 persons is located on the 7th floor in one of the two "Schilkseer skyscrapers" on the beach of the Kiel Fjord. There are two elevators in the house and access is barrier-free (ideal for walkers or pushchairs). Opposite the house is a large, free parking for your car. With us you live sublime with a direct view of the Baltic Sea in a maritime atmosphere. The 65 square meter 2-room apartment was completely renovated in spring 2015 and furnished in a stylish and modern style. The apartment "Fördeblick" has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and seating for two people. Here you can watch the boat traffic on the Kiel Fjord and watch the sea giants on their travels. In the house cellar there are three washing machines and a dryer, which can be used for about € 0.50 per run. A drying room with clotheslines is also available there. The light-flooded living room has a large dining table and four chairs with Fördeblick and a modern couch with coffee table, which can be built in no time to a very comfortable double bed. The living room has a flat screen TV and a music system. For your little ones are a high chair, sand toys and a city scooter available. The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality double bed (1,80x2m) and two bedside tables with reading lamps. Curtains and blinds make it possible to darken the room. A spacious wardrobe and a dresser provide enough space for your luggage. The spacious bathroom has a shower room, which can be used for showers or for a relaxing full bath. You will also find a towel radiator as a towel warmer, a full-length mirror, a washbasin with cosmetic cupboard, two wooden shelves as a storage area and a hairdryer. The hallway has a full length mirror wardrobe and enough space to store jackets and shoes. IMPORTANT: If you wish to have bed linen and towels for your stay, we will gladly provide you with a linen package (towel, shower towel and bed linen) for EUR 15.00 per person. The balcony is currently not to enter, the balcony door may of course be opened for ventilation.

Getting around

Directly opposite the apartment "Fördeblick" is the bus stop "Olympiazentrum". From here you can easily reach the beach, Friedrichsort and the city of Kiel. At Olympic Port is the ferry terminal for Fördefährlinie (from Kiel band also called "Fjord steamer"), which carries you in the shortest time on the Kiel Fjord on Kiel's east shore to Laboe. But the city of Kiel and different places along the Kiel Fjord can be reached comfortable with the Fördefährlinie.
