Paashaan Villa is special because of its:

The Space:

BEDROOMS

- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. 

- AC, Wi-Fi, TV, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.

BATHROOMS

- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 1 common.

- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

- 2 bathrooms have a bathtub. 

COMMON AREAS

- The living room seats up to 8 people and is equipped with a wired music system. 

- The villa has a private heated infinity pool overlooking the surrounding hills.

- It can be heated at an additional cost on prior notice.

- The pool is 30.9ft x 13.6ft in size with a depth of 4.5ft., and can easily accommodate up to 6 people. 

- Staff must be informed at least 20 minutes prior to using the pool, as it is an open-to-sky swimming pool and some last minute cleaning could be required. 

- The villa also features a huge private lawn which is well maintained.

- It can be used for playing various outdoor games or enjoy the view of the surrounding hills. 

KITCHEN

- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

FOOD

- All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at no additional cost. The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.

- Cooking, heating, storing or ordering in non vegetarian food including eggs is not allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

We can provide accommodation for 2 personal staff members at an additional charge of Rs. 3000 per person, per day, including meals and taxes.

ACTIVITIES

Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the open-to-sky infinity pool overlooking the surrounding hills. Practice Yoga under the mango tree and take a leisurely nature stroll around the neighbourhood to embrace its beauty. Enjoy a sunrise breakfast at the gabana. Lay under the beautiful open sky and enjoy a night of stargazing. At an additional cost, guests can spend an engaging afternoon while learning how to bake delicious cookies and relish freshly prepared wood-fired pizzas. A romantic candlelight dinner setup can also be arranged. The spa services at the premises can be availed for an ultimate rejuvenating experience. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS

- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost.

- Spa services can be availed for a minimum of 4 people at a cost of Rs.5000/- per person. It is the perfect way to rejuvenate your mind and body during your stay. A masseuse from the famous Alchemy Spa would be there to give you the best spa experience ever. 

- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

- In case of a power outage, a generator is available for backup. 

- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. 

- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network subject to availability at any given time.

- Geysers may take up to 5 minutes to heat up. 

- Please note that the path leading up to the villa may not be a concrete road, and might be damaged due to adverse weather conditions. 

POLICIES

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 

- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
