One of our two superbly furnished apartments in Seacraze Condo at Khao Takiab Beach, Hua Hin. The apartments are set in luxurious surroundings and in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to both Khao Takiab and Hua Hin beaches. Both apartments are on the 7th floor (top) with a balconies overlooking the spectacular pool.

Hua Hin is a favourite beach destination year-round for both Thai and foreign visitors. The town has retained its traditional charm, but has also developed all the modern facilities required by visitors.

All the attractions of Hua Hin are nearby, with many restaurants serving great Thai and International food, some with the freshest seafood from the nearby fishing port. Right next to the condo are restaurants, bars and shops, including convenience stores, laundry, beauty salon and massage. Not too far away you will find Cicada Market and a Tesco Express.

BEACHES - apart from the nearby Hua Hin and Khao Takiab beaches there are many other beautiful beaches to explore all along the coastline. Many offer water sports, restaurants serving the freshest seafood, Thai massage and manicure, or just relax with a beer taking in the tropical atmosphere.

DINING - bars and restaurants abound in Hua Hin, incl Thai, Seafood, Italian, French, Indian, Japanese and Fast Food. Try U-Sa-Ma directly opposite Seacraze and Three Chefs nearby.

SHOPPING - there are some interesting night markets and two modern shopping malls in Hua Hin, Market Village with Tesco and Bluport Resort Mall with its Gourmet Market. In Khao Takiab there are local shops, a Tesco Express, Cicada market, good restaurants and bars.

ACTIVITIES - golf, elephant and horse riding, water sports, go-karting or a day at the nearby Vana Nava water park. Less active pursuits include the night markets offering a wealth of Thai crafts, a visit to Sam Roi Yot National Park, a relaxing spa treatment or a wander round the many temples.

GOLF - Hua Hin has several world class courses. Sea Pines is just a 20-minute walk from Seacraze. Black Mountain and Banyan are considered among the finest courses in Asia. Both offer spectacular scenery and restaurants serving great food. Other nearby courses include Royal Hua Hin, Palm Hills, Springfield, Majestic Creek and Imperial Lake View.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kay (the owner) a message.

If Kay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
