Pier View is situated on the headland in an elevated position directly overlooking the old Birnbeck Pier with unobstructed views toward the welsh coast. This two bedroom apartment is set within a charming victorian villa packed with beautiful period features yet complete with all modern facilities.

In a secluded location at the quieter end of the Weston-Super-Mare yet a short stroll from all the buzz of the seafront attractions, the apartment is accessed from a private drive with parking. Gated steps lead to a decked private patio with amazing views over the Bristol Channel and your own entrance direct in to the apartment.

The duplex accommodation positioned on the first and second floor of the villa consists of:

Lower floor - Entrance hall leading to a large open plan living room with period features and wonderful views. The well equipped open plan kitchen has a seating at the large island as well as a dining table for six. There is a cute twin bedroom with sea views and a separate shower room, as well as a small utility room.

Upper floor - Reached via an original staircase the Master bedroom has views towards Sand Bay, an en-suite shower room and separate dressing closet.

Pier View is not only the ideal place to embrace the great british seaside atmosphere of Weston-Super-Mare but also explore the lesser known beauty spots of the surrounding area. Television, dvd, an assortment of books and local information is available in the apartment along with WIFI and a welcome pack of locally sourced essentials to get your holiday started.

I needed a quiet, classy place to stay, near to the old pier, with safe parking, comfortable beds, spectacular sea views and every possible convenience (including dish-washer and washing-machine). For those that do not know the north end of Weston-super-Mare, stay at Pier View and discover it. As well as its own pier, there are amazing woodland and sea-front walks, local shops, pubs and cafes, and the recently-opened Nelson's restaurant is definitely worth a visit (book a window seat). Communication with the friendly owners was quick and easy.
