From the owner

Fellside is a newly renovated 4-bedroom holiday cottage in Kettlewell, it sleeps 8 and is right in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

Finished to a high standard, the house is both modern and cosy with 2 log burning stoves.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room and lounge. There is a 49" smart TV with NETFLIX and Amazon Prime for you to use as well as fibre Broadband and WIFI.

The house has views over the fells and an enclosed patio to the rear which backs on to Kettlewell Beck (a small river).

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor:

Bedroom 1: king-size bed with en-suite

Bedroom 2: king-size bed

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, accessed through bedroom 3

There are 2 shower rooms:

1 family shower room with WC, shower and washbasin

1 en-suite shower room with WC, shower and washbasin

The house is in 150m of 3 different and cosy pubs, and there is a small children's playground 50m from the house.

Kettlewell is a popular walking, hiking and cycling spot and all are welcome.

Why can't I call Hannah (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hannah (the owner) a message.

If Hannah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
