Castlerigg is a first floor maisonette and is situated just off Keswick town centre in Packhorse Court, which is a quiet pedestrianised courtyard just off the main square in Keswick. It is home to a selection of boutique style shops and a traditional Lakeland Inn. The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the town's amenities without having to use a car.

The apartment has electric heating and comprises:

•Lounge/diner with flat screen TV, DVD player and CD/radio with iPod docking station and views out onto Packhorse Court.
•Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer.
•Double bedroom.
•Family bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.

The England region

The Lake District is England's larges national park and is home to its highest mountain - Scafell Pike, and its deepest lake - Wastewater. In addition to the fantastic scenery and and opportunities for outdoor activities, there are a number of thriving communities such as Keswick, Grasmere and Ambleside which are well worth a visit. The area has a number of literary associations with writers such as Wordsworth and Beatrix Pottter.

Keswick

Keswick has a wide variety of attractions which will appeal to the whole family. In addition to the walking/climbing and waterspouts activities available, there is also The Pencil Museum, Puzzling Place, Mining Museum, Hope Park with golf, crazy golf and putting, Fitz Park with the River Greta running through (great for picnics) and the shores of Derwentwater. An abundance of walks are available directly from the door which is an ideal way to take advantage of the surrounding scenery.

“Perfect comfort & location”

Family of 2 adults and 2 children, we had ample space for sleeping and watching tv...there were two. The apartment was ideally situated and totally well equipped for all our needs. Great communication with the owner and free parking available.
