Set in an elevated position above Keswick, Little Chestnut Hill enjoys superb views to the Western Fells, Grisedale Horseshoe, Causey Pike and the rest, even round to Catbells. All on one floor and entered through a roomy hall leading to the dining kitchen with its newly fittted Shaker style units. Wooden floors throughout; the hall way leads to a good sized sitting room opening into the sun lounge where there is cane furniture and french windows to the raised terrace area.

Two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double with access to the sun lounge. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and WC and a further separate cloakroom adjacent. A light and airy bungalow facing west, sunsets can be enjoyed from the spacious sun lounge or the raised terraced area. A walled, lawned garden area stretches out towards the fields and Keswick below, with all its shops, pubs, restaurants and theatre.
