This spacious end of terrace, Lakeland stone fronted cottage, enjoys a central but quiet location 2 minutes walk from Keswick town centre with all the amenities of this bustling market town close at hand. The property is ideal for families, having four bedrooms and has the benefit of lovely fell views from the upstairs bedrooms.

Guests to this cottage will receive free passes for Keswick Leisure Pool.

Ground Floor:

The large family accommodation is gas centrally heated and comprises entrance hall leading to:

Lounge: With TV, DVD and coal effect gas fire.

Dining room: With wooden flooring and iPod dock.

Kitchen: Equipped with washing/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Large double bedroom with ensuite shower room, hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom.

Bathroom: With large corner bath, separate walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

WC: Separate WC. 

Second Floor:

Bedroom 3: Small double bedroom with hand basin.

Bedroom 4: Twin bedroom with hand basin and fell views.

All electric, gas and bed linen included. Cot and highchair available. Broadband internet access available. 6 passes for Keswick pool and fitness suite provided. Enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. On street parking. NB: The stairs to the second floor are steep. Due to this property being in a residential area, only family groups and walkers will be accepted. This property has a security deposit of £100.. Enclosed rear courtyard with garden furniture. The stairs at this property are steep. Family and walkers bookings only. The gaps in the banister/balustrade are up to 13cm. Bed linen is included at this property, please remember to take your own towels. Up to one dog only. There is a £100 refundable damage deposit payable one week prior to arrival.
