This two double bedroom house is newly built and has a high finish all round.

It is spacious and airy with modern clean lines and fresh look.

This will be an ideal place to stay for a cosy sun-soaked holiday.

It is a home with all necessary kitchen facilities and utilities one could need.

There is also a weekly house cleaning service, linen and towel change.

A house-caretaker is available to provide these services. And this is a secure property. All these services are all included in the rent.

The house is also fitted with solar power to switch should there be an outage. Electricity runs to property and is included in rent with a charge for duration of stay for normal use. Should usage be more than average a chargeable electricity card is available to top it up at guests expense.

WiFi is also installed can be charged as optional.

The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood with great charm.

It is very close to all the notable locations like Senegambia, the monkey park, crafts market and and Coco-Ocean spa and resort, all just up the road a walking distance away.

This will be the perfect holiday house for a short or longer stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Leo/Anna (the owner) a message.

If Leo/Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
