Villa Sitara is a three-bedroom contemporary villa with an industrial chic edge, & is situated down a garden laneway flanked by rice paddies. Although an oasis surrounded by calm, the villa is conveniently located in Seminyak, a 5 minute walk from the start of the cafe & restaurant strip. Part of the appeal of Villa Sitara is the way deluxe meets contemporary & this is reflected in the mix of European & Oriental features

Following the Sitara Villa Group concept of Villas hidden in 'Secret Gardens,' Sitara is nestled in lush, established, tropical gardens, fronting onto verdant rice paddies that provide both a welcome breeze & the evening sounds of birdsong & wind rustling through rice stems - and at times even the noise of a mango dropping into the pool

Villa Sitara can accommodate up to 6 guests (please ask re babies and small children in terms of additional beds) & features interconnecting access to Villa Taman Rahasia, allowing accommodations for up to 10 guests

Yet they also blend art with practicality, with each room featuring a TV/DVD system, and uniquely individual cupboards or drawers for your personal belongings. With floor to ceiling glass doors & windows, two rooms front onto the pool, & two have their personal garden "rooms"

Three huge Bali style bathrooms with baths or shower & double vanities. The ensuites feature black marble vanities with contemporary marble or European sinks & tap ware. With attention to detail, these rooms include lush tropical gardens & make use of white local stone and polished concrete floors to add to the style & elegance synonymous with the Villa

The Villa also provides wonderful open living areas overlook the 9m pool, lush tropical gardens & an exotic outdoor room in the garden gazebo, which is elegantly finished in palimanan, garden lighting & soft lounges for relaxation

The indoor/outdoor open living/dining space features terrazzo floors, with Oriental Kilims, & contemporary built in cement sofas, with plush, eclectic cushions, a black glass dining table which seats six, Italian black and white dining chairs & ultra modern lighting combined with a feature Czechoslovakian chandelier. Art work remains contemporary yet at the same time warm & inspirational

A large Home Entertainment Centre, International TV, and WiFi are features that enhance the standard of Villa Sitara providing, for those who need it, a work & entertainment setting

A full kitchen in black marble and high gloss white cupboards overlooks the tropical garden and rice paddies

The villa has staff who divide their time between the Group's four properties - so you have the luxury of having your villa cleaned & maintained but at the same time have your own space for periods during the day

Villa Sitara provides a Bali experience unlike that provided by the more traditional Bali Villas as the true emphasis on all Sitara Villa Group Villas is to provide a real sense of home - not the sterility of a hotel room or a modern, purpose-built rental villa

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
