Newly renovated, quaint 100 year old cottage located in Cape Porpoise, one of the most beautiful and desirable neighborhoods in Kennebunkport.

You can sit in the rockers on our front porch for morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the fishing boats in Cape Porpoise Harbor or have drinks and hors d'oeuvres on the back deck and watch the sunset overlooking the ocean marsh.

Extensively renovated with updated amenites Spring 2013! Second floor master suite with queen size bed, new spacious full bath, cathedral ceiling, exposed beams, beadboard and air conditioning. First floor cozy second bedroom also with queen size bed and air conditioning. Comfortable living room with TV area and adjacent sitting/reading area.

Fabulous beadboard kitchen with new butcher block breakfast bar and eat-in dining with banquette seating. Laundry area and desk also located in kitchen. Attached deck off the kitchen with table and chairs for outdoor dining and gas grill for BBQ.

Enjoy your lobster dinner in our fantastic whitewashed carriage-house dining area with large rustic farm table, antique chandelier and great views of ocean marsh and harbor.

Newly completed renovation this summer of our little backyard cottage which we've made into a relaxing living space to read, take a nap, read, play backgammon and enjoy beautiful views of the ocean marsh.

Bradbury Brothers supermarket, fresh lobster and seafood markets, liquor, post office, art gallery, ice cream shop, sandwiches, coffee shop, prepared foods and numerous restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance.

Just steps across the street is Langsford Road Lobster and Fish House where you can buy the freshest lobster, steamers, fish and clam chowder. They'll even steam your lobsters and clams for you.

Take an evening stroll and collect seashells on secluded Goose Rocks Beach just 5 miles down the road with 3 miles of pristine coastline. For breakfast, walk to the famous Wayfarer restaurant for blueberry pancakes with Maine maple syrup and for dinner stroll to the Captain's restaurant for clam chowder and baked stuffed lobster...yumm!

Just 2 miles away is Kennebunk's Lower Village & Kennebunkport's Dock Square, located along the ocean and Kennebunk River. Here you'll find great shopping and gift shops, fantastic dining, whale watching & sailing excursions.

Please note during peak season June - October we prefer to rent only Saturday to Saturday with a 7 night minimum.

How do damage deposits work?
