From the owner

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our house on the banks of Loch Tay in the conservation village of Kenmore or have our house as your base for the many countryside activities in the area. The house has a main bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a large shower room on the first floor. Downstairs is a lounge/diner with a log burner fire and a well equipped kitchen. There is a fridge with a small freezer compartment and a small freezer and no tumble dryer but a clothes drying frame. The whole house is heated by modern electric radiators and a log burner; all the utility costs and logs are included in your rental. You can sit outside in the front garden and watch the activities on the Loch just across the road or just enjoy looking down the Loch to Ben Lawers. There is a small enclosed back garden(ideal for your dog) and an area of decking for you to relax in private.Nearby there is boating, swimming and fishing on the Loch; golf and horse riding on the other side of the river in the village; walking all around and many other activities if you think you are relaxing too much! There is boat and bicycle hire nearby. There is a village shop and post office, an historic old hotel with its restaurant and bar, a deli /gift shop, restaurant and bar and another restaurant in the village, so there is always somewhere to go if you don't want to self cater; these are open all year round. The nearest town is Aberfeldy which is blessed with all the shops and facilities that you would expect from a thriving town. The nearest city is Perth which is approximately 40 miles away. And of course you are in the middle of Scotland that has so much to offer. There is broadband in the house with Wifi.

A great cottage in every way and would highly recommend it.
Sep 2021

The house was clean, cosy and very well equipped. It was in a great position next to the end of loch Tay. Good shopping close by in Aberfeldy. Well situated for sight seeing and out door activities.
