Complete with a fabulous delux 5 person hot tub for your own exclusive use, this apartment really is your own luxury spa break! The hot tub is situated in a secluded little sun trap literally right outside your conservatory so you can relax and enjoy the whole holiday experience ! A great way to chill out after a fabulous fell walk, or maybe just after a day seeing the sights or enjoying Kendal's charming shops! As guests say, "this is the life!"

The apartment has all you could ask for and as an added bonus you have 2 parking spaces at the rear of the property and step free access to the apartment from the car park

We are a 10 minute walk away from the heart of Kendal so you can leave your car behind and have a stroll down the hill into town.

The "auld grey market town" offers riverside walks, a castle, a myriad of cobbled streets lined with interesting shops, cafes and restaurants, perfect for ambling around at any time of the day or night. Only a 15 minutes drive from either Windermere or Kirkby Lonsdale, the location offers guests the option of exploring either the Lakes or Dales National Parks but with such superb facilities on the doorstep, you could simply park up and enjoy Kendal.

“Quirky, clean and cozy bolt hole”

Spent 3 nights for husband's birthday, booked last minute, what a find, spacious, luxurious, clean and quirky lay out. Took advantage and had a bedroom each, teen daughter loved the room 'outside'. Used the hot tub two evenings, very dog friendly with the green handy for exercise. Approximately 15 minutes walk into town, a bit steep on way back. Visited Lowther Castle's Xmas festival. Great communication with the owner. Hope to return.

“Perfect base for family wedding”

We rented the two apartments (one to sleep 4, one to sleep 6) in this location for our base for the weekend of our son’s wedding in Kendal. Both apartments extremely homely, modern, very spacious, clean, furnished beautifully, all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, iron etc, heating, tv, dvd, WiFi), ensuites and bathrooms, and very private. I needed a kitchen base to complete the decoration of the wedding cake....perfect! Friends from Kendal visited, with food, one evening.....great to socialise in a comfy location! We were also able to host the gathering and dressing of groomsmen on the day, and take delivery by florist! Cath was so accommodating in the booking process, and excited to be a part of our special weekend. Located so near to the Auld Grey Town centre, although apart from essentials, we didn’t have too much time to explore! Lovely welcome note and choccies, plus milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar too for a welcome arrival drink after our long journey. Hot tubs......one inside, one outside. With the variable weather, we used the inside one more than once......very nicely housed! Designated parking at the rear for one car per apartment, but plenty at the front of the main property. The larger apartment is easily accessible from the back entrance, but via a flight of steps from the front. The smaller one easily accessible from the front, via a fairly steep slope from the front of the property. Need to be a little bit fit for unloading etc!! Fully recommend these apartments!

Lovely apartment.... easy to find.... great location... lovely space with ample room for 6 people.... beds lovely and comfy.. conservatory a great addition to sit and relax after a long day... hot tub was enjoyed by all... apartment has everything you could possibly need. Milk and chocolates on arrival were a nice touch... photos do not do this apartment justice it really is a lovely base in perfect surroundings. Added bonus of car parking spaces at the back as kendal green was very busy with cars. plus the car parking space was much easier to unload the car from rather than having to go up the steps. I certainly would not hesitate to re-book this apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

If Cath (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
