The Tower House is the perfect place for your family or group holiday, particularly if you have a special occasion to celebrate! Quiet and peaceful, enjoying panoramic views over Kefalos and Kamari Bay, the villa stands in 3.5 acres of private grounds and has a beautiful 45m2 swimming pool. This is a large, unique property, sleeping up to 14 people in 7 twin en-suite bedrooms, all with sea-view, air-conditioning and balcony or patio. The villa is 800m from the sea, about 15 minutes walk, or 5 minutes drive.

Our prices are for self-catering, but if you'd rather not be in the kitchen on your holiday, one-off, part or full catering can be provided. Just let me know what you'd like.

On the main floor is a very large lounge, with satellite TV, and a dining room opening out onto a spacious terrace which enjoys stunning sea views and the sun all day long. Also on this floor are 5 of the 7 bedrooms and a library/seating area. On the lower level are the remaining 2 bedrooms.

The Tower House is suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties as although there is only one step up in to the House, there is also gentle slope up to the front door from the car park allowing access for wheelchairs.

The Tower House is located on a hillside with a fifteen minute walk to the beach and selection of free swimming pools, watersports, boat trips, a variety of shops and many excellent restaurants.

There is lots to see and do on the island. There are aqua parks, the famous Asklepion (cultural site), salt pans with flamingos, the "Hidden Forest" with wild peacocks, great shopping in Kos Town, fabulous views from Zia, the highest mountain market village, and ferries to Nissyros and Kalymnos, our nearest islands. There is no time to be bored!

A few weeks before your arrival, I will give send you my telephone number. Please ring me when you land at the airport and I will meet you at The Tower House, show you around and give you the keys. I will be available throughout your stay if you have any problems or would like any advice on anything. She will also be there to wave you off at the end of your stay. PLEASE NOTE: When you contact me through this website, I am not given your email address; my response comes to your email via the TripAdvisor portal. Why can't I call Felicity (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Felicity (the owner) a message.

If Felicity (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
