This top floor apartment is very spacious and modern, it is brand new (2013 letting season, will be its first), finished to a high standard and stocked with everything you will need for a superb self-catering holiday, including satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

The apartment complex is located in an excellent position, on a south facing slope, giving beautiful panoramic views over the bay of Kavarna and the Black Sea. It is just a 7-8 minutes stroll to the beach. The site itself is in an exclusive quiet area, with natural surroundings and woodland to the rear and sides. There is an outdoor swimming pool and sun lounge area, where you can enjoy the picturesque sea views even while taking a swim. Adjacent to the pool area is an onsite café bar with internet, which serves drinks and snacks. The Glarus complex really is a perfect place to relax.

Very spacious for a 1 bed apartment (76 m2 total area), top floor and fully air conditioned, brand new and have been finished to a high standard with fully fitted bathroom, tiled kitchen area, parquet and tiled flooring. The apartment is fully furnished with brand new furniture, fixture and fittings (you will be one of the first people to use it) and is stocked with everything you need for a self catering holiday.

Fully equipped kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, filter coffee and tea making facilities, electric hob, all kitchen utensils and a washing machine. However if you wish to treat yourself for a meal out there are restaurants nearby with the freshest seafood at very low prices (approx £7 per person including starters, mains, sides and a few drinks)


Spacious lounge area:

Open plan dining area, with dinner table and chairs. Lounge with sofa bed, armchair and coffee table, flat screen TV with international cable channels and Wi Fi. Windows span the whole length of the wall allowing to take in the maximum sunlight and sea views.

Large balcony:

Can be accessed from both the bedroom and the lounge and has table and chairs for al fresco meals any time of the day, allowing to enjoy the same stunning views over the sea, and swimming pool (as per the photos).

Bedroom:

With double bed, (all bedding provided including towels), plenty of storage with wardrobe and set of drawers, a second flat screen TV. Floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom let you take in the stunning views without getting out of bed.

More about the complex:

The development is fully managed with an on site manager, security and reception area, whose services include airport pick ups, organising excursions and car rental. The friendly couple who manage the place will also be happy to assist with any of your other enquiries and needs. They also run the residents-only bar downstairs, and host regular barbecues.

The location itself is very quiet (except for the sound of birds). It is surrounded by woodland and away from the road. Moreover, the apartment is on top floor, which guarantees minimum noise from neighbours.

Kavarna is a small port town, on the Black Sea coast, with an ancient history. Dating back to the 5th century BC it's name translates to 'Black Diamond' in Greek. The town today has a population of 12,500, and has a growing reputation as one of the best summer destinations in Bulgaria. Aside from the yacht port, a fishing base, a spacious beach and watersports activites, 3 new 18 hole Golf courses are being developed nearby (2 of which have been designed by Gary Player and Ian Woosnam). The town is also now firmly established as one of the top Bulgarian destination's for music lovers - with major international acts such as Robert Plant and Deep Purple having performed here amongst many others. 

The town is situated 64km away from the major coastal city of Varna, and is less than an hours drive from the airport there. Apart from the buzz and vibe of Varna itself, there are many other attractive places to visit nearby. The neighbouring town of Balchik, with its wonderful summer palace and botanic gardens, or the 'beautiful headland' of the nature reserve Kaliakra (where it's possible to watch dolphins, cormorants and pinipeds) are just a short drive from here. Special events and festivals:

Famous for its celebrations of 'July Morning' - on last day of June, all gather on top of the cliff overlooking the Kavarna Bay, to welcome the Sunrise with live music and picnics to accompany the celebrations.

“Fantastic”

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this fabulous apartment - the place certainly lives up to the description. The views from the balcony down to the town are stunning. The town itself is quiet but with some excellent restaurants. Boryana and Petar who manage the complex are always on hand and really helpful and friendly.
