The house is situated in an excellent and very quiet location. If you are looking for accommodation that is in a quiet place, this is the house for you! There is a strong approach to the environment in this locality and the neighbours are also committed to this approach to modern living.

One of the strongest features of this property is one of feeling you are in the countyside. You have neighboughs on all sides of the property so security is a positive feature, whilst retaining the the feeling of privacy. The apartment is not overlooked. The garden is a mixute of landscaping with trees, shrubs and attractive flowers plus a working vegatable garden that is a pleasure to see with many berries and healthy vegatables.

Given the country location, which is a positive feature, the center of the Old Town and all the amenities can be reached within 6-8 minutes by car.

On the ground floor is a bedroom and a living room with adjoining dining room and kitchen.Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a spacious shower including facilities for the disabled. From the living room there is access onto the terrace to enjoy the sunset.

On the first floor there are two further rooms together with a toilet and bathroom. One of the rooms leads to an enclosed balcony.

The house is very warm, in winter and cool in the summer. The heating is modern and efficient.

This is a wonderful place to live and I would suggest that you will be impressed on your arrival and it is also an excellent location for a holiday or for a business centre.
