Beautiful house set on a quiet complex called Ikaria village is 5 mins from shops, restaurants, beaches and close to the harbour with its promenade, the house has full sea-views with 2 balconies for al fresco dining and a private garden/terrace with sun loungers, all fenced & gated & private.

There are 3 huge swimming pools that are very quiet and air conditioning, TV, DVD, CD, video, fully equipped kitchen, private parking in drive for 2 cars also tennis courts, all towels included..

there is a guestbook full of info & maps,and a good selection of books,dvd,s & films to watch & games for children.

The house manager is an English guy who cleans before & after your visit,and is on hand should you need any advice!he can provide a fresh arrival pack to be waiting for you like milk,bread,eggs,coffee,tea & cereal for £17.00. there is safe drinking water in the house from the taps !

cleaning and bed linen & all towels are provided even beach towels.

The interior is nicely decorated with 3 pce suite,footstool,nice cosy lamps,dining table & chairs and 2 other sets of table & chairs for balcony & garden, there are 4 sets of patio doors as each bedroom leads out onto the private quiet garden, the house is south facing and gets the sun all day so there are 4 wind-out awnings to offer shade if desired,lots of wardrobes & mirrors just like home from home with a travel cot supplied & stair-gates provided if needed.
there is a large futon off the dining room area that sleeps 2 so 6 people in total plus cot

There is parking in front of the house for 2,also an underground garage.the houses are traditionally painted white Greek style,very attractive with little pathways leading down to the 3 huge swimming pool,one is small for babies/children,tennis courts & swings are next to it.

The balconies & garden are lovely to sit out and sunbathe or eat al fresco as there is a small BBQ with plenty of
table & chairs enjoying the boats going past and the gentle sea breeze.

All shops & cafes like mcdonalds,kfc,next & debenhams are only 5 mins away

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Claire (the owner) a message.

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
