“Fabulous again”

Stayed at this fab apartment again, it is like a home from home. Weather was hot, we don’t usually come to Cyprus in the summer months as quite hot but we enjoyed it, it was never too busy around the pool there was always sun beds available at any time of day. My friend was in Spain at the same time and she was sending me videos of how she had to get up and queue at 7:30 just so she got a sun bed for the day....... seriously could not do that and this is what’s so good about this place there is always beds available and this apartment is located pool side so it’s like having your own pool, which most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Lidl is literally 3 minutes walk away which is great. There’s loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance, of you want to go to the harbour it’s a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk or even the bus stop takes you straight there for I think a couple of euros. We are coming back to this apartment in October and we can’t wait. The pool has a bar during the day and a lifeguard. You will not be disappointed with this apartment.

“Great holiday”

The appartment was well equipped and very clean. We did have problem with Wi-Fi and then the shower which were resolved immediately. I would highly reccomend as location was fabulous for a nice quiet relaxing holiday.

We booked through holiday letting and were very pleasantly surprised lovely clean apartment had everything you need We had ground floor by pool Not too busy which was lovely but can imagine would be in July August max was very helpful we had a car but a short walk Brings you to bars ,restaurants ,Lidl and bus stop Frank who runs the pool bar was also friendly And helpful Very good resort we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again

The apartment was very adequate as a base for myself and my wife.Great to be near the pool which was always clean and roomy.Bus service from nearby was a great advantage to go to harbour area or coral bay. Few small niggles of apartment were bathroom could really do with a overhaul as toilet and basin both cracked, bed also needs replacing as broke during our stay and on talking to other people also broke week previous.Was remedied by Frank who looks after maintenance at small fee to owners.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your review. Just to confirm the bed was a new bed this season but had been broken the week before. We thought the bed had been repaired satisfactorily and in good faith only to find out the job done was not a good one. This was remedied immediately and the bed is now in better condition than when new. The bathroom we are aware of and the toilet and cistern are due for replacement at the end of this season. Something which is difficult to do mid season. Thanks again for your comments and really pleased you had a good holiday.

“Great Stay in Wonderful Paphos”

We had a brilliant stay here. Apartment was clean and tidy tidy and made a lovely home for the week. The resort itself is quiet and relaxing and in a great location for all activities, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Just a short walk to the bus stop, you're able to get down to the harbour or coral bay for just €1.50 or are within walking distance of some great places to eat, shop and drink at Tomb of the Kings. Max was extremely helpful with anything we required. Would highly recommend this rental.

stayed in this apartment for one week middle of June, very well equipped, clean, brilliant position. would recommend without hesitation , complex was nice and quite clean and well equipped with sunbeds, just a pity the pool bar was not open, but there is a Lidl just on the main road so it was no problem to get anything just had to serve ourselves with our beer. plenty of bars and restaurants on the front road but would recommend getting hire car, to go see the sights, but the bus service is regular, over all a brilliant holiday.

How do damage deposits work?
