A luxury 2 bedroom townhouse, with roof terrace, located in a quiet residential area between Exo Vrisi and Kato Paphos. It is within easy walking distance of shops, bars, good restaurants, harbour, beach, the old town/market and the historic sites of Paphos.

A marble stairway leads upstairs to the 2 spacious bedrooms both of which have en suite bathrooms and balconies. The front bedroom has 2 single beds and the rear bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lamps, wall mirror and hair dryer. There is a safe located in the front bedroom.

The front bedroom has Patio doors leading out to the balcony which overlooks the hilly views of the old town, whilst the back bedroom has Patio doors leading to a balcony that overlooks the pool. Access to the roof terrace is gained from stairs on the rear bedroom balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized oven with hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and glassware.

The living/dining room area is air conditioned and is comfortably furnished with oak furnishings and leather sofa's. The dining table has 6 chairs and there are 2 coffee tables and a TV cabinet. The living room area has a 3 seater leather sofa/bed and a 2 seater leather sofa.

There is a 32 inch flat screen TV with a UK TV package similar to freeview. So BBC, ITV are available. There is a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, CD player and an IPod docking station. The property also has WIFI.

The kitchen door at the rear of the property opens onto a patio which leads out to the pool area. On the patio there is a BBQ and a table with 4 chairs, complete with parasol to enable you to soak up the sun, or relax in the shade. There are sun loungers for use around the pool area. s. Ideal for families and couples.

The Paphos District

At the western end of Cyprus, Paphos enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year. It is very much an all year resort and has something for everyone. There are numerous historical sites, beautiful beaches, lovely scenery, golf courses, a huge range of bars and restaurants and great hospitality from the locals. A car is certainly not essential but may be an advantage to enable you to explore the area more fully. There is also a bus stop nearby which will take you to the harbour, old town and also to Coral Bay (approx 20 minute drive) with its fantastic beaches. There are smaller beaches around the Paphos. During winter, skiing and snowboarding are available up in the Troodos mountains. Why not go skiing in the morning and sunbathe at the beach in the afternoon?

Kato Paphos

Palm Trees is within walking distance of the main attractions and local amenities and its location is central to all areas of interest. There are shops nearby for the daily basics. The Old Town, recently redeveloped promenade, picturesque harbour area, and The Tomb of the Kings road with its mosaics and sites of historic interest are all approximately 15 minutes walk away from the house. The Bar street area with its bars and restaurants are just 10 minutes walk away. The airport is 20 minutes drive. There are 3 golf courses within approximately 30 minutes drive. A go-karting track and Aphrodite Water Park are 5-10 minutes drive away.
