Description

After years of being disappointed with the quality of accommodation on package deals, we have created in Diana 44 somewhere that we, ourselves, feel proud to call our holiday home. The apartment is ideally located in Universal Gardens, Kato Paphos, Paphos, Cyprus just a pleasant, level stroll from the seafront and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a lovely taverna/cafe just round the corner as well as shops for day to day needs.

The apartment has everything we wanted ourselves - a huge swimming pool set in beautiful gardens with a balcony just begging to be enjoyed (mums and dads can sit and watch their children playing in the gardens below!) where there is a large table and chairs for al fresco dining and loungers for relaxing - lots of space, an abundance of light and a kitchen properly equipped for cooking or preparing a snack complete with granite worktops and washing machine - bedrooms with enough wardrobe space to actually put away your clothes - a bathroom that you feel like using with enough storage for all your toiletries - comfortable sunbeds - far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax and chill out - close enough to everything to be able to walk. We supply all linen and towels (including beach towels!) as well as little extras like a hairdryer, books, games and beach toys. There are efficient ceiling fans in all main living areas included in the price as well as optional air conditioning in the bedrooms. Optional Wi Fi is available for a small weekly charge.

A car is not necessary (unless you want to explore Cyprus further afield - for example the Troodos mountains) as Paphos has so much to offer and everything is accessible on foot. Other areas can be accessed by the very efficient and inexpensive bus service and of course there are numerous day trips which can be booked such as jeep safaris, the bird park, snorkelling and fishing trips, sailing, diving, shopping excursions, quad bike safaris and many more besides. Or...you can just chill and relax by the pool, the choice is yours!

Paphos has an abundance of gorgeous restaurants and bars, shops and cafes galore and we have listed many of our favourites in our guest book.

Diana 44 is an ideal base for exploring the most wonderful island of Cyprus; we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

“Lovely stay at Diana 44”

Stayed at Diana 44 in August. The apartment has everything you need and a lovely pool which the kids spent hours in each day. There is a lovely restaurant and a local supermarket a few minutes walk away. Kato Paphos is a five minute drive but if you don’t have a car easily walkable. Heather provided lots of useful information and was very quick to answer any emails. We all had a wonderful time!

How do damage deposits work?
