Description

Beautiful courtyard villa in Phuket set across three separate buildings with three double bedrooms, a tropical garden and a private 14 metre swimming pool with a jacuzzi wall for 6 guests. Features of the villa include high speed wireless internet connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops, 46" LED Smart TV with internet connectivity and integrated sound system, a bar and a private 15m swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as ceiling fan units and all linens are provided. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms as well as an additional washroom in the main building. Managed services are offered to guests such as maid services, cooking, in house massage, aromatherapy, laundry as well as car hire and a shopping service. The management office is located next to the villa and the helpful staff are available to handle any enquiries that you may have. Security guards are on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure piece of mind. The villa is located on the two stunning Red Mountain (voted as one of the top 3 new courses in Asia in 2007) and Loch Palm golf courses.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If HERRIOT (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
