Description

Villa Kali Thea is located just five minutes drive from the beach. Its hillside location boasts panoramic views of the Lefka Ori (White Mountains) and the Gulf of Kissamos. Quiet and peaceful, yet only five minutes from the town, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including local supermarkets, banks and tavernas/restaurants for eating out.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the spacious living/dining room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen an archway leads you through to the ground floor double and single bedrooms. (single bedroom contains a set of bunk beds) The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Kali Thea is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday and ideally placed for you to explore the beautiful beaches and historic surroundings of Western Crete. A complimentary welcome pack is provided and there is a maid service twice weekly (dependent upon length of stay).

The master bedroom on the first floor has an adjoining dressing room, large bathroom with bath and shower and two private balconies.

The double bedroom on the first floor also has an en-suite shower room and has two balconies. There is also a single sofa bed to create a family room for parents with a younger child.

Within the lobby area there is a small library which holds maps, paperback novels which guests are able to use. There is also a children's toybox with games. We have also created an information folder which is kept in the villa with useful local information, contact numbers, activities etc.

Travel Cots available on request - Highchair and baby monitor included as part of this package (please enquire for rates)

The 8x5m (40m2) private swimming pool also has a small children's section for our younger guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
