This beautifully appointed luxury villa on the exclusive Kas peninsula, just minutes away from the charming bohemian seaside town of Kas, is the ultimate holiday getaway. Facing southwest, the villa enjoys breathtaking sunsets and in a traditional Mediterranean landscaped garden of olive and citrus trees, Villa Günes has been architect designed to ensure maximum privacy, comfort and tranquillity. Please note that the villa is devided into two separate villas verticially, and the pool is shared with an English lady who normally stays there alone.

Getting around

The Dolmus runs every 30 minutes just outside our villa. Go to the main intrance and wait for it. Its really cheap and safe.

You can contact me at any time during your stay in Villa Günes. I am there for you and wil do my upmost to make you feel at home and enjoy your stay. My House Manager Zehni will also do his best to make you feel relaxed, and he will visit you several times during your stay.

“Beautiful villa great location stunning views”

Very well appointed villa, beautiful location near the sea, lovely infinity pool , within easy reach of Kas 2 buses an hour very pretty peninsula with exclusive hotels and bars . Close by we visited the outstanding Doria yacht club we also dined at restaurants in kas with amazing food . Amazing place will go back.

“Fan 'bloody' tastic”

This is the second time, we have returned to the fantastic Villa Günes. Last time we were there was in 2009, and since then, a lot has happend at Villa Günes. The patio area has been enlarged and now also offers shade (which was missing last time). It also looked like that the pool had just been renovated - you can tell, that the owners really care about this Little Jewel in Kas. The city of Kas had not changed much and still offered the same cozy feeling and nice dining (at very affordable prices). When in Kas, Do remember to visit the Kaputas Beach - it is not overrun, as it is slightly difficult to access. Also take a boat trip from the harbour or why not swim with the dolphins? Please remember that you do need a car to get around, although there is also a bus service right outside the door. Thanks to Kim & Jørgen for such a wonderful place!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
