From the owner

The whole villa SPITI ANATOLI "the sea at your door step", is divided into 2 apartments (4/6) and 2 studios (2/3pers).

The studios for 2/3pers. have their own own entrance and terrace overlooking the sea and the Aegean sea. Each studio is composed of a bedroom (with a double bed and a sofa that can be used as single sleeping), a kitchenette, bathroom and a large terrasse facing the beach.

There is also a 2 room-apart. rented as a studio. It is bigger in superficy because of the extra sittin-room, but rented the same price as a studio. It has a private side sea view balcony.

All those lodging above are suitable for a couple (with 1 kid max.) or for 2 or 3 friends . The villa is situated right on the sandy beach of Karfas (no oad between the house and the beach) . The area is quiet but not isolated (shops, restaurants, tavernas are 300 meters away).

The studios are furnished simply and decorated with taste. The washing machine for clothes is on the ground floor, is to be shared with the other guests.

Cleaning and bed linen are provided once a week .

The beach is not even 10 metres away and there is no road between the house and the beach.

We provide long chairs for the beach.

Karfas is the best spot to stay in Chios in order to visit the island because it is located in the center of it so very convenient to explore the island.

There is a good bus service to the main town of the island called Chios all the year round.
