Description

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic water mill from 1844 and welcomes our holiday guests with its tasteful and comfortable furnishings in a cozy country house style. In 4,500 square meter natural garden you will find the long-awaited break and rest from everyday affairs. Adjacent to the forest "watermill wood" scores the grounds of the house with a particularly idyllic location: pure nature with wide fields, a mill stream and a large pond, on the edge of the beautiful city loop Kappeln.

Enjoy cozy evenings with a glass of wine in front of the crackling stove or curl up in the reading chair comfortable and help yourself to the small collection of books. Wellness fans can look forward to the beautiful Sauna the apartment. The apartment is not only quiet, but also located close to the center. In a few minutes on foot to the center of Kappeln, in the many small shops, boutiques, and restaurants can be found.

The house plot has a 4.500 square meters large, secluded garden with a pond and several seats. On warm summer evenings you can go for wonderful grilling and throughout the day the garden furniture is the ideal place to Sonnenbaden.Sollte the weather is not so, is quite worried with the media equipment of the "small water mill" for a change, because there are a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a hi-fi music system, free Wi-Fi and a small collection of CDs and DVDs.

the "Small Water Mill" is best known for the television series "The Country Doctor" because the house served as a filming location for the home of police Sven Olsen (actor Thorsten Nindel) in "Deekelsen".

Note: Due to the ceiling construction in this historic building and there may be noise occurs from the top Apartment. The garden is for shared use and not completely enclosed - therefore we recommend pet owners to bring a towline. The pond is not fenced, but open and accessible. Parents are responsible for their children.
