Ko Olina Beach Villa 14th Floor Penthouse; Full Ocean View; After your stay here, we are sure you will agree that Ko Olina is one of the most beautiful resorts in Hawaii. Located on the western shore of Oahu, Ko Olina, which means, Place of Joy, in Hawaiian, is a 642 acre master-planned family resort with 1.5 miles of pristine white beaches complete with 4 beautiful man-made lagoons. The Beach Villas are located on the number 2, Honu lagoon just south of the new Aulani Disney Resort. Our 14th floor penthouse 2 bedroom and 2 bath (sleeps 6, sofa sleeper in living room with full foam mattress, no bars or springs!), King bed in Master(Temperpedic Mattress) and 2 Twins in 2nd bedroom that can be converted to a King bed, Pack and Play Crib available) condominium has 180 degree ocean views that provide incredible picturesque sunsets. The luxury kitchen was designed by Roy Yamaguchi and includes Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. You will enjoy pocket sliding doors which move completely into the wall allowing the outside in opening up the entire condo to the ocean breezes and enchanting views. Everything is provided for your stay. A complete set of non-stick cookware, utensils, glasses, dinnerware, baking sheets and storage containers, boogie boards, beach toys, masks and snorkels are all provided for your use if you want to stay in and relax. Free WiFi is provided. We have a Wii game system setup in the living room along with free Netflix which has thousands of movies available and digital cable HD TV with Showtime movies in all rooms. Our villa also has two parking spaces available. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and checks. There are also many fabulous restaurants close by to include a Roy's here at Ko Olina. If you are a golf addict, there is a Ted Robinson 18 hole championship golf course just across the street. Please enjoy the crystal clear pools and lagoons that Ko Olina Beach Villas has to offer!

How do damage deposits work?
