This is a bright, open and airy fully furnished condominium located in a peaceful established and very well maintained resort surrounded by lush tropical jungle. Ideally suited to families with children or small groups that like the flexability when on holiday that a self contained serviced apartment with kitchen can offer.

Located in the popular village of Kamala on Phuket's west coast, the condo enjoys a truly tropical feel with amazing views of both mountains and the nearby sea from within the unit and from the balconies, yet has all the convenience of modern amenities.

The central living space is open plan and has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors which run the entire width of the room. The elevation ensures that cooling sea breezes, which sweep up the valley, are optimised throughout the year. In addition they supply lovely panoramic views across the valley floor to the not too distant sea.

The living area is furnished with a stylish comfortable sofa which faces a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV, whilst the central dining area with its oblong table and four chairs is separated from the kitchen by an island. This supplies not only space for food preparation but doubles as a breakfast bar also. The kitchen is fitted with high-gloss white units and equipped with an integrated oven, with four ring hob and extractor hood above and a tall fridge/freezer. The unit also has all cooking utensils, dinnerware etc. and there is also an automatic washing machine.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and double wardrobes, whilst the master bedroom has a king-size bed facing a feature wall housing a flat-screen TV with console below, and has twin fitted double wardrobes. The third bedroom is fitted with bunk beds.

The main bathroom has dual access to the living area or directly to the master bedroom, and is fitted with a long modern trough-style basin and walk-in shower.

There are two communal swimming pools in the resort one large pool area and a smaller secluded pool which looks out over the valley and the surrounding untamed mountains, as well as a communal relaxation area and sunbathing terraces. The large pool area is at the rear of the hotel reception and there is a fantastic Thai and western restaurant / cafe

The development is located at the back of the popular village of Kamala, a three minute drive to the popular Kamala beach and the bustling village with shops, bars and a wide variety of restaurants. A shuttle service is supplied by the resort to transport guests to and from the beach and village free of charge at set times throughout the day, usually every 30 minutes from morning till around 10pm

The airport is approximately 35 minutes away, with the entertainment and shopping malls of Patong reached within a 15 minute drive.

Located between Patong and Surin, Kamala remains one of the few places along the popular west coast that still retains a village feel with a very laid-back atmosphere. However, this part of the island is rapidly moving upmarket with some of the region's most desirable properties along "millionaire's row" which stretches along the southern headland.
