In a wonderful location above Kalkan bay, this brand new villa is an exciting addition to our Kalkan collection. With 4 bedrooms, a large infinity swimming pool and plenty of space both inside the property and on terraces on 3 levels, this is a good choice for a larger group. The property is exceptionally well equipped with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, table tennis, roof top Jacuzzi, large screen tv and mini-bar in all the bedrooms and several lovely outside spaces, some shaded in which to relax.

The sea views are nothing short of spectacular with 360 degree vistas of Kalkan bay, the Patara coastline, the Taurus mountains, Kas and even the Greek Islands on a clear day.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, and on entering the property at lower ground floor level, the gym area with access to a sauna, relaxation area with sunloungers, and shower room leads via 5 steps to the indoor pool which has a jacuzzi section. This pool can be heated in the winter on request.

From the lower ground floor a staircase rises to the ground floor with master suite and a second double bedroom that share a balcony running width of the property. Part of the balcony wraps around the villa. Furnished with built in storage and a large velvet button back sofa, this room feels spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms have excellent sea views.

The open plan living area has been arranged on the first floor to maximise the views through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. A very large furnished pool terrace and infinity pool connect beautifully with the living area creating an exciting space to relax.

There are two further en suite bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a double and a twin both with sea view balconies.

On the top floor a very spacious roof terrace affords spectacular views. Equipped with a large Jacuzzi tub, sunbeds and a seating area, it's a great space for a sundowner.

Regardless of you arrival time Muhammet will be at the Villa to meet you, but don’t worry he won’t take up too much of your time. We appreciate that after a long day traveling, the last thing you will want is a ‘welcome meeting’ late at night, so he will simply let you in and arrange a time to meet the following day. The cleaning and maintenance of the villa is organised by Muhammet Ali Property Services. Muhammet and his wife Chris are on call every day throughout your stay and will help you make the most of your holiday.

    If Cinar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
