This pretty villa is located in the walking distance to the Kalkan city center and beach. ıt has beautiful views of the Kalkan bay in a peaceful, relaxing setting. With it's location, amazing views and green ambience.Villa Ahıska is great choice for a restful holiday experience.Also this modern villa is ideal for large families and friend groups.

The villa consists of a private pool, terrace with garden, 5 comfortably designed en-suite bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/lounge with sea views.

Thank you for sharing your review. We have noted your points regarding outside furniture and this is being looked at by the maintenance team. Unfortunately we cannot help where land is sold and built on. In all of Kalkan the standard procedure is to have cleaning once a week but we do offer the option at booking point for additional cleaning to be done if guests so wish for a small extra fee. We hope you will return to Kalkan again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
