Description

Award winning Truffle Residences comprises a self-contained block of 5 duplex apartments with a shared sun terrace, swimming pool and BBQ.

There are three 2 bedroomed apartments and two 3 bedroomed apartments. The 3 bedroomed apartments have their own spa pool and BBQ on their private roof terraces. All apartments have superb views of Kalkan Bay.

Truffle Residences is centrally located in Kalkan with the Old Town, shops, harbour and many restaurants/bars within a 5 minute walk. Group bookings are also taken for up to all 5 apartments, for family groups or friends that wish to holiday together but at the same time have their own space.

The apartments comprise:

Bohemian Raspberry - 2 bedroomed

Devine Seville - 3 bedroomed

Chocolate Blues apartment sleeps up to 6 people.

A three bedroomed apartment arranged over two floors. All rooms have air-conditioning units. The apartment is neutrally decorated, accented with chocolate brown and blue, with beautiful travertine flooring throughout.

The entrance door opens into a corridor with three double rooms (one king, one double and one twin) leading off it. They all have built-in wardrobes, dressing tables (with hairdryers) and bedside cabinets. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and has fabulous sea views of Kalkan bay. There is also a house bathroom with shower,

An internal staircase leads to a large open-plan room on the roof terrace divided into a separate lounge and kitchen area with a breakfast bar. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

The fully fitted kitchen features granite work tops and integrated appliances including large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, cooker hood, dishwasher, washing m/c and microwave. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer is also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans and utensils.

The lounge is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and iPod/MP3 docking station with speakers.

The lounge leads to a sun terrace on the roof with a dining table and chairs for 6 persons, two sun loungers and parasol, BBQ and a spa pool, with superb views of Kalkan bay.

Guests staying at Truffle Residences will be provided with Truffle's signature products:

Egyptian cotton sheets, luxury Truffle towels (including beach towels), Truffle bath robes and complimentary Truffle slippers.

Welcome Hamper consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water, bread, eggs, butter and jam.

Kalkan is easy to explore on foot. If you wish to hire a car then we can arrange this for you. Local taxis are an easy way to get around. There are local buses if you wish to visit Kaputas beach or Kas. A number of local companies offer day trips to local sights.
